CAT (IIM MBA Entrance) Correspondence Course Structure

Details of course material and schedule of despatch

The correspondence course material for CAT will be sent to you in three packets. The first packet will be sent within 3 working days from the day you sign up. The second packet will be sent in the last week of August 2008, the third packet in the last week of September and the last pack in the third week of October 2008.

What does Pack 1 contain?

2. Math Prep Material 2
3. Quant Speed Tests for the above mentioned chapters.
4. Quant Refresher - Book of Formulae.
5. Refresher - Data Sufficiency with 10 speed tests.
6. Refresher - Data Interpretation with 7 speed tests.
7. Verbal Refresher - Reading Comprehension with 30 speed tests.
8. Verbal Speed Tests - Reading Comprehension (1 to 3).
9. Verbal Refresher - Word List with alphabetwise test.
10. Verbal Refresher - Sentence Rearrangement with 10 speed tests of 15 questions each.
11. Verbal Refresher - Sentence Correction - A comprehensive book on Sentence Correction with 12 speed tests.
12. CAT Comprehensive Tests 1 to 10. (With answer key and explanatory answers).

What does Pack 2 contain?

1. CAT Comprehensive Tests 11 to 20. (With answer key and explanatory answers).

What does Pack 3 contain?

Logical Reasoning Refresher

Proficiency tests for select topics in quantitative ability.

Proficiency tests in Sentence Correction

Mock CAT Papers 1 to 5 with answer key and explanatory answers.

What does Pack 4 contain?

1. Mock CAT Papers 6 to 10 with answer key and explanatory answers.

Students residing outside India will receive Pack 1 & 2 when they sign up. They will receive packs 3 and 4 together in the last week of September 2008.
