The faculty comprises educationists, graduates from the top Business schools such as the IIMs and language experts and professionals. A partial list of the profile of faculty at 2IIM is provided below.

K S Baskar - Math / DI
B.E. Anna University (1991). Larsen & Toubro, Mumbai (91-92). PGDM, IIM Calcutta (92-94). Research Analyst, Kotak Mahindra Finance Ltd (94-96). He has been an entrepreneur since 1996 and heads Ascent Education.

Rajesh Balasubramanian - Math / DI
B. Tech. IIT M (2001). PGDM, IIM Bangalore (01-03). ITC Ltd., Research Analyst, Irevna and CSFB, London. Loves Math, loves to teach Math, loves to set interesting (read tough) questions in Math, enjoys solving Math puzzles and plays Bridge exceptionally well.

Subashri Chandramouli - Verbal
An expert in the English Language, she has been teaching English for B School Admission Tests such as the CAT, GMAT and the likes for the last 10 years. An acclaimed corporate trainer, Subashri handles the verbal section at 2IIM.

Swetha Rajagopalan
A commerce graduate from Guru Nanak College, Swetha topped the TANCET exam in the year 2005. She completed her MBA from the renowned Anna University in 2007. Swetha chose to pursue a career in the education sector and teaches Verbal and Verbal reasoning at 2IIM. In addition, Swetha develops content for the Verbal Section of the CAT curriculum.

Venkatesh K - Mentor / Personality Development
A B.A. Sociology graduate from Bharathiar University (1991). A classmate of Baskar, Venkatesh completed PGDM at IIM Calcutta (92-94). Since IIM Calcutta, Venkatehs is wedded to the IT sector. Started his career at Wipro Systems (94-96). California Software (96-98). Trigent Systems (98-2001). He is presently founder CEO of Maarga Information Systems Private Limited, a rising Lotus Notes Solutions provider.

Shivram Apte - Personality Development
Equipped with a Masters in Commerce from the Pune University (1991) started his career as an enterpreneur and has been a serial one at that. Pursued his PGDM at IIM - Ahemedabad (97-99). Had a brief stint as a consultant at Exeter, USA (99). Got back to entrepreneurship since 2000 and presently assists 2IIM for GDPI and curriculum development. Shivram is a visiting faculty at some of the reputed B Schools at Pune.

Shreyas Ramakrishnan - Quantitative Reasoning
A Masters in Communication from Bristol University, UK assists 2IIM in developing content and test material in the Quantitative reasoning section. In addition, Shreyas also handles classes for the quantitative reasoning section of the CAT at Chennai. Possesses an uncanny knack for simplifying tough concepts and complicating easy ones.

In addition to these empanelled teachers and mentors, quite a few top B School graduates with excellent teaching skills assist 2IIM in conducting its classes.
