Terms & Conditions of Sale of Study Material @ 2IIM

Despatch Schedule of hard copy material : Online Orders

1. 2IIM will despatch any order received for which payment has been made online using the payment gateway after two working days from the time you have placed the order.
   
   2IIM works Mondays to Saturdays each week. We are closed on all National and Local holidays that are observed in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India.
   
   
2. We employ the services of reputed couriers such as Blue Dart and Professional couriers for despatch to locations in India where these courier companies have service. To other locations in India that are not serviced by these two courier companies, we use the services of India Post.
   
   
3. An email with details of the mode of delivery and tracking number (if any) will be sent to you within one working day from the date of despatch of the course material.
   
   
4. International shipments are sent using the services of Blue Dart Express. Blue Dart has a partnership with DHL, which will deliver the material to international destinations.
   
   
   

Terms of Sale of Online Tests : Online Orders

1. 2IIM offers online Mock CATs to CAT aspirants
   
   
2. The window during which these online tests can be accessed is from the second week of September of any calendar year to the last week of November of the same calendar year
   
   
3. Any aspirant who has purchased access to these tests during anytime of the year will be sent username and password only by the second week of September of the year.
   
   
4. Please note that your credit card will be charged at the time you place the order for online Mock CAT even though the tests will be available only during the testing window of September to November of each year.
   
   

Online Orders Not Approved

1. The payment gateway services that we use may classify an online order as a high risk order based on their risk evaluation. We will cancel all such orders and not execute the same.
   
   
2. All such orders cancelled will result in a complete refund of money.
   
   
   

Cancellation of orders by Buyer

1. If for any reason, you wish to cancel an order that you have placed, it has to be done by calling our Chennai Nungambakkam office at the number mentioned below and follow it up with an email stating your order number BEFORE THE MATERIAL is despatched.
   
   
2. After the study material has been despatched WE WILL NOT BE ABLE CANCEL any order. NO REFUND WILL BE made for materials that have been shipped.
